Veterans’ Foundation counselling grant – August 2026

We are delighted to have been awarded a further grant by the Veterans’ Foundation to give counselling support over the next 12 months to family members of veterans whose mental health has been affected by military service.

This grant enables us to offer no-cost counselling sessions to people who are part of a military family, but haven’t served themselves. They may be the partner or spouse, the parent, or the child of a veteran.

Our Chair of Trustees, Stephanie Morgan says: “We are incredibly grateful to Veterans’ Foundation for giving us this grant so we can continue offering no-cost counselling to veterans’ families. We know that serving in the military can have a profound impact on the mental health of the whole family, but that this is often overlooked in terms of support available. We are proud that over the next 12 months we will be able to address this gap. Our experience shows that this is much needed support. We are looking forward to continuing to meet this need, and welcome beneficiaries to our warm, inclusive environment.”
